Pre-K Registration 2026-2027
We welcome all children who reside in Pownal and will be four years old on or before October 15, 2026 to join our free public Pre-K in September 2026. Our half-day Pre-K program runs from 8:45-11:35am, Monday-Friday. We offer one classroom of sixteen students each year.
Our Pre-K program is designed to prepare students with the basic skills needed to be successful in Kindergarten and to instill a love of learning in these important early years.
Pre-K Parent Information Night will be held on Thursday, February 26th, 2026 from 6:30-7:30pm at PES.
Pre-K Screening will take place on Friday, February 27th at PES by appointment. Please call the school to select a time.
